Do you accept returns?
Sales are final in most cases. If you have a question or concern, reach out to us at danganistudios[at]gmail[dot]com and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after that. International shipping varies based on your location. Pre-ordered products state shipping and production time within the product description. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yep. We ship worldwide. If the product is supported, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you experience any issues, please contact us at danganistudios[at]gmail[dot]com.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, reach out ASAP, and we’ll do what we can.
